NinjaOne
NinjaOne powers patching, software deployment, monitoring, and NinjaOne Backup for managed endpoints and servers. We align device operations with Trucell service delivery so alerts, assets, and support work stay coherent for your teams.
Endpoint and server operations
Trucell runs NinjaOne RMM across managed workstations and servers: patch cycles, software rollout, policy-style automation, inventory, and health signals. Across 10,000+ managed endpoints, operational truth lives in one console while service delivery stays accountable to your SLAs.
Patch and platform maintenance
Operating-system and third-party patching on a defined cadence, coordinated with change and maintenance expectations so updates do not land as surprises.
Software deployment and configuration
Application rollout, scripting, and configuration patterns scaled from a single management plane, reducing “snowflake” builds that break compliance or imaging standards.
Monitoring, alerting, and inventory
Device health, performance baselines, and asset records that give engineers context before they touch a system.
NinjaOne Backup in the Trucell managed stack
Where endpoints and servers are under NinjaOne management, we use NinjaOne Backup as the data-protection lane tied to that same operational view. It does not replace every backup in the estate, your wider backup design may still rely on Veeam, Datto, NetApp data paths, and cloud-to-cloud patterns we document on backup and recovery.
Backup aligned to managed devices
Image-level and incremental schedules for systems in scope, with retention and recovery objectives agreed in writing, not a generic “we back up everything” slogan.
One thread to broader controls
Immutability, off-site targets, ransomware posture, and test evidence roll up with the same backup and recovery narrative your risk owners already review, NinjaOne Backup is a lane inside that story, not a parallel silo.
Governance and cadence
Restore tests, runbooks, and leadership visibility can pair with strategic managed service reviews when you want recovery confidence on the same calendar as roadmaps.
Device operations tied to how you engage Trucell
NinjaOne is where we execute and observe managed endpoints, patching, deployment, monitoring, and in-scope backup. Your requests, incidents, and reviews still run through Trucell’s normal service channels, with device context carried forward so work does not restart from a blank page.
Clear ownership for requests
Incidents, changes, and service expectations follow the IT support model you already use with Trucell, billing, history, and escalation paths stay consistent.
Investigations with full context
When we troubleshoot, NinjaOne telemetry, inventory, and backup scope sit alongside the service record, fewer hand-offs and less “which system?” friction for your users.
Reporting that matches governance
Patch posture, backup coverage for in-scope systems, and operational metrics feed the reporting rhythm your stakeholders expect, aligned to reviews and risk conversations, not a separate shadow process.
Scope boundaries we spell out on purpose
Clarity matters when boards, insurers, or clinical risk teams ask what is protected and how recovery is governed.
- Not every workload’s last good copy lives only in NinjaOne Backup, backup and recovery may include Veeam VCSP, Datto, Microsoft 365 protection, NetApp , or other tiers depending on what you contracted.
- Optional capabilities bundled with RMM platforms vary by vendor; what Trucell enables for your account follows your agreement and onboarding, not every module is in scope by default.
- If a device is out of NinjaOne management, it is out of NinjaOne Backup scope until we onboard it, coverage follows the inventory and policies we agree.
Want this mapped to your environment? Start with IT support or go straight to contact for a scoped conversation.
