What we look for
- Strong written English for client updates, runbooks, and shift handovers.
- Comfort with RMM (including NinjaOne), ticketing discipline, and documented change control.
- Hands on exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Intune, or traditional AD, depending on role.
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN) for infrastructure and NOC style work.
- Industry certifications are a plus, for example Fortinet NSE, CompTIA A+, and role relevant Microsoft certifications.
- For imaging aligned roles: curiosity about clinical workflows or diagnostic displays, we train the domain detail.
- For field and on site roles: dependable site attendance, safe install and relocation work, and patient, practical training for non technical users.
- Willingness to work shifts that overlap client SLA windows across regions.
