Overview

Sustainability is not a side project. It is how we run procurement, field delivery, and governance so clients in healthcare, government, and enterprise can trust the full lifecycle of what we deploy and support.

Like other organisations reporting on ESG themes, we focus on substance over slogans: measurable governance (including our ISO 9001 quality management system), how we move people and equipment in the field, and which vendor partner initiatives we use so procurement stays aligned with efficiency and responsible lifecycle practices.

Environment

Our planet

Electric vehicle fleet. Trucell operates an EV fleet for technicians so routine on-site work, healthcare, imaging, networking, and endpoints, travels with lower tailpipe emissions than a conventionally fuelled field fleet, wherever geography and job type allow.

Efficient procurement and packaging. Through our hardware procurement and distributor relationships, we favour specifications and product lines that reduce waste and energy use over the asset life, not only headline purchase price. That includes working with vendor lines that publish efficiency credentials and responsible take-back or recycling options where those services exist in Australia.

Where engagements include asset retirement, we coordinate decommission with certified e-waste partners and documented destruction paths, supporting your reporting and procurement evidence alongside ISO-governed asset records.

Social

Our people

Delivery depends on skilled, accountable teams. We invest in training, clear escalation paths, and a service culture that matches regulated clients’ expectations, whether that is a hospital PACS rollout or a government security baseline. Our technical centre and field model are described on About Trucell; sustainability for us includes safe, fair work and capability that lasts beyond a single project.

Careers outlines how we hire and what we look for in technical roles.

Governance

Our policies

ISO 9001 quality management. Trucell Pty Ltd maintains a certified ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS). That means documented processes, management review, and continual improvement, so how we scope, deliver, and correct issues is traceable and consistent, including for procurement and service delivery that touch environmental or lifecycle requirements.

Broader assurance context, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, IRAP, and ISM-aligned operations, is summarised on About for buyers who need security and privacy alignment alongside quality. Policy documents and contractual terms are listed under Policies.

Collaboration

Our partnerships

HP Amplify. Trucell is a member of the HP Amplify partner network (alongside HP Gold credentials referenced across our services catalogue). That gives us structured access to HP’s commercial and device portfolio, lifecycle services, and sustainability-related vendor resources, so clients who standardise on HP can align procurement with documented partner resources for efficiency, recycling, and asset management where those options apply.

We work with many technology vendors; the full landscape is on Partners. Our aim is the same across vendor relationships: predictable escalation, clear records, and delivery that matches what we committed to in scope.
