Why Trucell exists

Trucell was built to give organisations practical, accountable IT support without the confusion, finger-pointing, and short-term thinking that often comes with fragmented technology providers.

Our role is to bring structure, clarity, and ownership to IT environments that need to keep operating.

Governance and assurance

If you are accountable for risk, uptime, and audit outcomes, you need evidence, not promises. Trucell Pty Ltd (ABN 93 113 471 873) has operated from Parramatta, NSW since 2005. Our integrated management system spans ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, IRAP (OFFICIAL: Sensitive), and ISM PROTECTED aligned operations. This gives procurement, security, and executive teams a clear assurance trail.

  • ISO 9001 (QMS) Certified quality management system (Trucell Pty Ltd).
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Operations aligned to information security management controls.
  • SOC 2 Type II Control and assurance posture aligned to ongoing audit expectations.
  • IRAP (OFFICIAL: Sensitive) Capabilities aligned to government security assessment expectations.
  • ISM PROTECTED aligned Operational security practices aligned to Australian government baselines.
  • Documented controls and operating discipline for audits and procurement reviews.
  • Security and compliance posture aligned to government and healthcare expectations.
  • Operational scale backed by evidence, not marketing claims.

We are an NSW Government Accredited Supplier and support delivery through panel contracts and procurement schemes where they apply. See Government & public sector for how we support agencies and regional authorities.

For defence-related exports and AI delivery where US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply, Trucell Pty Ltd is enrolled as an Australian Authorized User under section 126.7 of the US ITAR. We are approved to access the Licence Free Environment. Our AUKUS registration number is AUK0001996. Enrolment is administered by Australian Government Defence Export Controls. Read the short site note on this topic: ITAR, AUKUS, and the Licence Free Environment and our Defence industry summary.

At a glance, we support 10,000+ endpoints and 50+ healthcare sites. Clinical imaging depth includes DICOMJet hosting, PACS and RIS context, and diagnostic display supply. Proprietary offerings such as RadForms sit alongside mainstream platforms, so teams can standardise operations without losing workflow fit.

Where we operate

If you operate across multiple sites or jurisdictions, local-time support matters. Our delivery, sales, and support teams run across these regions so your staff can get responsive help where they work. Use the region switcher in the header to open this page in the market closest to you.

Our team

Consistency breaks when support teams use different standards. Delivery is anchored by a Philippines-based technical centre that works to the same tooling, ticketing standards, and escalation paths your team sees day to day. Engineers are hired for depth in Microsoft 365 and identity, networking, security operations, RMM, voice, and healthcare imaging workflows, not just ticket throughput.

Clear written communication, documented handovers, and shift overlap with AU/NZ and other client regions are built into operating rhythm, so context is not lost between teams.

Capabilities

Most delivery risk appears at handover points between silos. Our capability mix is designed so one delivery team can own the connected areas clients usually need together, with clear accountability from onboarding to ongoing support:

Vendor relationships and certifications are summarised under Partners; service lines under Services ; clinical and specialty solution overviews under Solutions.

How we work

Large projects fail when ownership is unclear. We keep delivery simple and accountable so your team can see decisions, ownership, and progress without chasing updates or bridging context between vendors.

Our model is a practical 3-step cycle: align, implement, and continuously improve.

  1. Scope and baseline: align priorities, risk constraints, and the current-state reality.
  2. Implement in controlled steps: deliver changes with clear ownership, documented decisions, and measurable checkpoints.
  3. Support and improve: transition to steady operations with accountable support after go-live.
