Trucell enrolled as US ITAR Australian Authorized User (AUKUS registration)

Australian Authorized User under US ITAR section 126.7: Licence Free Environment access for controlled defence and AI conversations, with AUKUS registration AUK0001996—how it helps teams that need the right export-control posture.

Stylised command-centre scene with ITAR Australian Authorized User enrolment details, US–Australia link, and defence-related AI context

Trucell Pty Ltd is enrolled as an Australian Authorized User under the exemption in section 126.7 of the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). We are approved to access the Licence Free Environment where that framework applies.

For customers and partners, this means a clearer path for governed conversations about defence-related capabilities, including defence-related AI, when US and Australian export controls are in scope—without substituting for your own legal, security, and programme approvals.

Why this matters

Export-controlled technology needs disciplined delivery: the right agreements, technical boundaries, and operational hygiene. This enrolment supports Trucell when we engage on managed IT, security, cloud, and solutions that may touch regulated exports, so discussions can align with Defence Export Controls expectations and US DDTC rules where they apply.

It does not replace your licences, classifications, or approvals—but it helps qualified programmes move faster when Trucell is the right delivery partner.

Confirmation and official contacts

Enrolment was confirmed through Defence Export Controls (Australian Government):

For official Australian Government material on export controls, refer to the Defence publication suite on the export controls framework. For US resources, use the DDTC Public Portal and DDTC User Enrollment as appropriate to your situation.
